My stay at this hotel was quite nice overall! The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the old town of Hanoi, making it easy to explore. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel that was simply perfect for my needs. The rooms were clean and comfortable with fantastic air conditioning, which made it easy to relax. I especially loved the balcony view in the evenings! The housekeeping service was prompt, although there were times I wished I had more dining choices.
